Each show hosted by Marc Summers, is based on throwing someone a surprise party and at each party the food was the “star of the show.” This was an innovative way to infuse food prep with emotion and excitement. In this episode, “Just Married – Again,” a couple who had been married 33 years is surprised with a wedding ceremony they had always dreamed of but never had. Features a cake designed by renowned baker Sylvia Weinstock.

In this Telly Award-winning documentary “7 Days that Changed New Orleans,” narrator Chris Matthews tells the story of Hurricane Katrina from the point-of-view of the local journalists that covered the story. With it’s unique perspective on Hurricane Katrina, it was not only syndicated by Hearst Television,but also picked up by the National Geographic Channel. Lisa was writer/director/producer on this project; all editing and graphics were in-house.
